The Foundation's exchange programs work in two directions and at several levels. On the Taiwan side, students, research scholars, and non-academic professionals go to the U.S. for periods ranging from 3 months to ten months. On the U.S. side, lecturers, research scholars, and students go to Taiwan, also for periods ranging from three to ten months.
